The first step is setting up free consultation to determine fitness and nutrition needs and goals.  You can then sign up for the session package of your choice depending on your preferences.  Training sessions will occur in an outdoor location near your home that is convenient for you.

3. What if it rains?

Rain ponchos and gear can be provided if need be.  In the case of very poor weather sessions can be moved indoors or rescheduled.

4. What are the benefits of doing this outside of a gym?

There are no gym fees, lessons on how to use intricate equipment, and no need for stuffy and crowded gyms.  You can experience a balance of both body and mind while learning how to utilize the environment around you to maximize your workout.

 

5. Will this be too hard?

Chris is a certified trainer who specializes in making personal fitness and nutrition plans for clients.  He will meet you where you are to provide moderate challenge for anyone of any fitness level.  However, if you are diagnosed with a disease or serious injury it will be necessary to have a doctor’s release form in order to train.

6. What are the benefit of this program?

You will not need gym or fitness club membership.

You will learn fitness and nutritional information that you can use anywhere with no need of expensive equipment.  The world is your gym!
